With SAU-KING, TAK-CHING and the others having a fight at the factory, DOU CHEUNG and SIU-MING coincidentally collapse and both are rushed to the hospital. DOU CHEUNG learns that SZETO NAM is SIU-MING’s girlfriend, and SAU-KING is totally against them seeing each other after learning the truth. SIU-MING reveals to DOU CHEUNG how he met SZETO NAM. SZETO NAM leads SIU-MING to meet SAU-KING, who despises SIU-MING, thinking he is unable to bring her happiness. In the second stage of the proposal, SIU-MING plans to cooperate with supermarkets, to which DOU CHEUNG disagrees. Venting out his frustration, DOU CHEUNG tears up the proposal. SAU-KING tells MAN-FONG to seduce SIU-MING, but the honey trap plot fails……
